Anybody heard about the dogs they rescued

From the processing plant they learned what they were doing to them so they rescued them and brought them to Oregon and to washington they were saying the dogs didn't know how to act and they needed to be trained to be able to be someone's pet I felt really bad for theses dogs and their being put down because they couldn't be adjusted to their surroundings some were sick. I just didn't get it what do you think?

I wish laws in regards to the treatment of and the owning of animals were much more strict!!! I hate hearing about mistreated dogs
