Totally exhausted

Today I collected rent and I had a showing.
In between I painted the cement floor in the laundry room.
The couple, with the lady being legally blind, took the house I am working on now. They gave me a down payment on rent and I will get the rest in a week or so, when I finish it.
The reason I took the payment is because I don`t hold houses anymore, the first person that comes up and meets all the requirements gets the house.
I do hope the gossip witch next door gets along with these people.

Me too, I am trying to get older people if possible, that way they wont bother the old people around there. When some get old they dont like the young ones.

I do but I don`t. Some people have one months rent and thats all they ever pay, I am not kidding so I have to try and read them a little and I do that by just listening.
