Snow? Are You Kidding Me?

We have been enjoying high temps in the sixties and seventies. Neighbors have been mowing lawns. I've been setting up my raised garden beds. Today the temperature is dropping fast. It is starting to snow big flakes. This afternoon we are expecting high winds with gusts up to 70 m/hr. There will be power outages. Overnight temps for the next three days will be in the teens. Now that's an April Fool's joke from Mother Nature.

Wow, that's crazy. Temperatures have dropped a lot here too, but we don't have snow. That's definitely an April fools joke.

Oh dear, I hope you haven't planted anything that will be destroyed by those low temps. It's been lovely and springlike in England all week.

Wow, nature does seem like a very unpredictable lady! If plants can talk, they will die and their spirits will reach heaven, and complain loudly to their Creator. i think this kind of weather kills off many young plants.

Mother Nature sometimes can be pretty cruel to us humans. She is certainly unpredictable.

April is a highly unpredictable month, we can have very warm days, but snow sometimes come back.

It does seem like Mother Nature is being perverse. Other people have been complaining about snow.

We've got cold temps and snow over here in Ohio. I saw snow outside. In my state, people have lost their power already.

We had some snow the last two days, but not much. Barely a dusting if that. I hope it won't be as bad as they're predicting for you.

Great shot. That's a scene we have never seen in Southern California.

Does this mean that Phil the groundhog was wrong in predicting an early spring?
