how does everyone on the website earn their money at a pace???

My discussions usually don't earn me much so I usually just go to Most Recent Discussions and start responding to anything that vaguely interests me or that I have an opinion on.

Discussions aren't 1 cent each. There is no set rate for anything here except the offers. Also, if whatever you post isn't interacted with by other members in some way you likely won't earn anything.

Not exactly sure what you are asking but we only get paid for interactions. You can start 100 discussions but if no one response to them, then you will earn no money. Whereas you can start one discussion and a lot of people comment and replace and you earn a lot of or at least some money from it.

I'm new, started yesterday, I've made $0.13, I'm just posting things that interest me, asking people things I'm genuinely interested in knowing the answers from people. I know it's not much but considering it's still my first 24 hours I'm fairly impressed as it's a bit of cash for having conversations with people in my opinion.
