A disaster of magnitude Z / myLot

Today I decided to make a new dish, and it was a total disaster. Now I am permanently labeled as the lady who destroyed edible delicious food. The last time I tried cooking something new, the results were not much different. Only today the label has been signed and sealed by all who dared taste my creation. I wonder how can people actually cook and make it taste good.

If that dish did not taste that good than I would not make it again.

It is rare when I manage to succeed at a dish the first time, and I never try to do something new when I receive people. I have a friend who has a more adventurous spirit, and when a dish is missed, he usually says : "there are only good things in it, so it cannot taste bad"
