Okay so since Sunday I have been on the straight and narrow about working out and dieting. I have been doing well for the past two days and I intend to keep doing well. I will soon have my hula hoop and jump rope to add to my routine along with the Zumba, sit ups, jumping jacks, yoga, and walking. Any time my mother in law invites me to go swimming I will go and any time I can hit the gym I will. Tomorrow I may have a chance to hit the gym which makes me so happy. I am determined to get fit and to look and feel better. How has your fitnesss journey been going?

@ramapo17 The plexus pink drink is a natural drink mix that helps you feel full faster so you dont eat as much

Good luck and a great goal to have. Mine is always evolving but trying to stick to it even with changes in health and exercise abilities. I'm actually considering getting into swimming because of my health issues, it's a hard shift from running and mountain biking but i know it'll be for the best.

trust me the weightless feeling yet large amount of energy necessary to swim laps and stuff will definitely keep you fit

I also upgraded my fitness tracker to a slightly bigger and better one so hopefully that helps. My favorite part about fitness trackers is the sleep tracking!

@IvySaysHi Yeah I had a Fibit flex and had an opportunity to get the fitbit charge hr so been trying that one out. Not a bad upgrade but overall Fitbits have been solid for me.

I have been on my own dieting plan for awhile. I use to be very heavy and slowly I have lost a good amount of weight. It is hard as I am retired and so is my husband and he is a big junk food eater so I am very careful not to be around him during the day when he starts eating. Lucky for me I do not like the things he eats.
