Summer plans?

It is still cold and I don't think spring is officially here yet but these events make me want to look forward to summer a lot more! I think it will be a warm summer this year since winter was kind of "warm" and it was only on February when it started to really feel like winter - which was kind of unusual over here. Do you have any plans for this year's summer already? In our case, I can't wait to go and have a picnic or visit the zoo with my son! Also, we are going to Belfast for the long weekend to see the Titanic so that's something I really look forward to.

AI look forward to camping with my sister. Its something we do every year. Love sleeping in a tent, I also have a huge art and craft show in August, It will take some time to paint enough to have stock or it.

Camping! It's something I did before when I was younger :D I wish I can do it when my son gets bigger, too.

@cessy_08 My sister and I started camping together when our children were 4, 6 and 8. We have always had a fun time. I hope you teach your children how much fun it is.

@PainsOnSlate Oh, that would be fun! Especially since you get to do it with other members of the family, too! I think it might be a bit hard for me to experience that, though. My sister lives in Singapore and I am here in Ireland so we really have to coordinate to meet up :)

I am staying in tropical country, no summer here, as everyday is hot! Hence we usually do not have any special plans for summer, or basically any season as well. Here, most usually plan for holiday during children's school holiday. We do not have any special plans for going out. I am just waiting for my baby to be born, and we'll enjoy the moments with the little one. I guess everyone in my family is excited for seeing and taking care of the baby, especially my two children.

@cessy_08 Yes, I think it'd be nice to have experienced the four seasons, though I know I shouldn't complain about our weather here, as I think my country is blessed to have good weather all year long. It's just fun to explore different flowers, plants, weather or experiences for different seasons.

@kaka135 Oh definitely, the different colors of the season is just so nice to watch - although I'd say I am a bit biased on the autumn colors more :) I don't know, flowers blooming during spring are really nice especially if it was a bed of blooming tulips but the "dramatic" effect of the red-orange leaves have a special place in my heart I think :)

Congratulations in advance :) I bet family members are really excited! Yeah, I know what you mean about that. LOL! That was the case with me when I was still living with my parents HAHA! School break = vacation plans and we will just have a few out of towns or visit my grandmother in the province. I guess there's an added excitement when you spent months in the cold weather so you are just too happy to feel the warm sun again HAHA!
