World's Arms Spending

The arms producing nations must be a happy lot. If these nations reduce their production, surely Nations will stop spending on Arms. Why just blame IS, when the IS itself was created by arms selling nations.
For weapons manufacturers, the non-stop pace of airstrikes targeting IS fighters in Iraq and Syria means billions of dollars more in sales

The IS was Not created by arms selling nations. The IS are nothing but killers and would find a way to buy arms from wherever they could get them.
