I haven't been able to post anything here for, I think, 2 or 3 days because I've been really busy. A lot has been happening at work. There's been some mean gossipping among employees that I had to put a stop to it since I am their immediate superior. I really hate this part of my job. I didn't want to talk to my people like they're 5 years old, but I had no choice. They were the ones who wouldn't act their age, not to mention professional. I guess there'd always be people like that wherever you go.
