Power went out while playing The Sims.

I was so disappointed when the power cut off in our house, and in fact along our power grid for exactly one split second.
At 4:16 PM on this Friday, April 08, 2016, there was a blackout for one second. I was playing TheSims4 and had done some home improvements. I was at the game for 20 minutes without saving the game. The system shut off and back on in a split second.
The problem with games is when power goes out you lose.

When I play sims, I always save my progress every 10 minutes because of that reason. I remember how hard it is to pass impress the head master of private school on Sims 2 and i failed many times and my computer turns off because of a 10 second black out.
Is Male pregnancy via alien abduction still available in sims 4?
