Sleep deprivation!

These days I have so much work to do I hardly ever sleep and what is weird about times like these is that I end up getting used to it, and it worries me because I love my sleep. I believe in eight hours of sleep per day and I also think that you are more productive when you have rested well. Some people say sleep is for those people who are lazy, but I know successful people who sleep/slept a lot (for example, Einstein did not mind sleeping for 10 hours a day and he claimed it made him more productive). On the other hand, there are successful people who lead a normal life and claim to be productive everyday while surviving on four hours of sleep per day. Maybe it depends on your body type (I'm not a scientist ) What do you guys think?

whoever said sleep is for the lazy clearly doesn't understand how the human body works because sleep is essential in helping us function. Everyone is different and there are a lot of different factors that influence how much we sleep and how well we function with how much we sleep
