Learning to say NO / myLot

Do you guys have any trouble saying NO to someone? or to anyone for that matter? I have, it really takes a bucket full of courage for me to say NO but once I do I would feel awful afterwards. And it's just a pain knowing that what I do makes my whole life miserable. I can't seem to say NO especially if the request is from a friend or a loved one.

I am the same way. I have a really hard time saying no to anyone but especially when its someone I care about. It also takes a lot for me to say no and then like you I feel bad after saying it.

i know how you feel. Sometimes, i feels down right bad just seeing their faces when you utter the word NO. and you feel like taking it bad - like okay, no worries I'll do whatever it is. lol,. ain't we the un-brave ones when it comes to that huh?

I am also like that. I really domestic know how to say no even if I know that it will be me who will suffer at the end.

i used to be a people pleaser you know but since after the accident, i cant do that anymore. i gotta take care of myself first. im not saying that im selfish now but i just let people learn how to do things on their own without me, i gotta say no to offers and suggestions if i cant do it.

We have to be able to say no. Sometimes it's hard for us to say that word but it's necessary.

Yes, I do. if there is something which is against my principles, I just say NO.
