Farmers Markt Day / myLot

Well today my wife and I are headed for the farmers market that they have on the weekends at the park. Havn't been for a while but will start going again since the weather is nice. The fresh grown veggies are so much better than store bought ones.You may pay a little more but to me it is worth it.

Where we live you pay almost double so we do not go there anymore. They have fresh fruits and vegetables at the flea market for a better deal.

To me shopping at the farmers market is cheaper. I can buy a box full and can it or freeze it much cheaper than buying by the small containers.

Oh I can't wait for the weather to become nice so I can go to the farmers market also as i agree the fresh grown veggies taste so much better than those you buy at the supermarket.

There is nothing like freshly picked veggies. My Dad used to have a huge vegetable garden and his stuff was so delicious. Nothing compared to the ones that we get at the grocery store.

We have a section in our supermarket that sells locally grown veggies and they are so much better. Well worth the money
