Is online cash providing site "cashfiesta" safe or not?

whene i visit to www.cashfiesta.com there i find that this site provides free money for just surfing the net. So i registered on this site, after the registration they suggested me to download a casfiesta earning tools.I dowloaded it. I want to know whether it is safe or not?
please help me

SCAM! i was a member but i found out they are not paying....i wasted about four darned months!! :(

Wow, I am surprised of all the negative feedback, I have used Cashfiesta in the past and actually made $50.00 which they paid me via check. So what I am saying is I never had a problem with downloading their toolbar or with them paying me, I just stopped using them because it takes to long to add up your points to make enough money. Otherwise I have no complaines.
