I thought I lost the key

I am petsitting for the two weeks. Well I had the key on my key chain well I took it off the other day and put it in my cup holder in my car. I get in my cat half asleep and it wasn't there. I remember putting it in my sweater pocket, and then thought I didn't take it out. Well I was running around like a mad woman as I don't remember where it went. Turns out when I took my sweater off it fell in the bathroom, so luckily I found it.

Good thing you didn't lose the key. I imagine you were in a panic when you couldn't find it

Yes, as they are gone until next Monday so that would be a pickle. Her mother would be the one I would need to call and she makes a big deal about everything.

Thank God you were able to find it. That panic mode sets in when we can't find something. You can feel the sigh of relief and carry on. Take care.

Exactly, her mother is only a few streets over but I try to avoid her. I wouldn't heard the end of it.
