Not Off To A Good Start

Good morning/afternoon everyone. I'm a little late getting on mylot today. Daisy let me sleep in a little bit (7:00am) this morning so everything is off to a late start.
My dogs and I are in my room right now, avoiding my brother. He is not a happy camper right now because when he woke up and stepped out into the hall, one of the dogs had an accident and he stepped in pee with his bare foot. Not a great way to wake up, especially for someone who is not a morning person.
I'm a little edgy myself this morning so I thought it would be best to go to my room for a little time to myself. Otherwise, we might have a squabble. Isn't if strange how sometimes someone elses mood can rub off on you? I was in a pretty good mood when I first got up.
I'm not blaming him at all, I would be upset if I had woke up and stepped in pee also. He is cleaning his room right now and cleaning is a way for him to relax and relieve stress so I'm sure he will be in a better mood soon. Once he is through, we are going to watch some movies together.

Our dogs have had little accidents on occasion and naturally someone has stepped in it.

I am waiting on my nephew to get here. My husband and I are going out with him today to get some wood. He has a wood burning furnace in his house and a friend of mine had her oak tree cut down, so we are working on getting all that wood. We got a bunch yesterday are are going to try and finish it off today.

I live alone and now I can see the benefit for that. I never have to worry about someone else's mood to affect me ... well, not in a bad way, Ally wants to go out and play which doesn't irritate so that's ok.
People are hard to live with.

I had a bad morning my friend on the phone from 6am on..
Not good with cable service..crazy.
Fine now though.
Yep nothing planned must taking it easy here thanks.

yepperz, that steppin' into somethin' sure gets yer day off to a rocky start. yer brother'n i must be kin, coz i'm prone to those massive cleanin' frenzies's well when i'm'n a grump.
i've ne'er any plans fer any day i fear. jest go with the flow. 'twas a beaut'f a morn, so spent quite a bit'f time out with the horses, putterin' 'round my wee sanctuary 'n tryin' to get some pic's. e'en took some'f my sewin' outdoors 'til the winds kicked'p yet 'gain. 'course, i was rippin' out seams, so that part 'twas no fun, lol.

I finally saw this two days late. I hope all has been forgotten by now. We sure had a gorgeous Sunday. Relaxing. We went no where. Just pulled weeds and enjoyed the crazy warm weather. I know far too well about stepping in animal's accidents.
