If you meditate daily what is your mediation like?

I'd like to try to meditate more often , ideally daily for short sessions and wanted to see what others did to meditate? Do you find one time of the day works better for you than others? How long do you meditate for? Do you use guided meditation like an app or recording, or do you simply sit and focus on breathing? What benefits do you find from your meditation and do you think the time, frequency, and length improve the benefits further?

I hope you are doing well against the autoimmune disease. Can you tell the meditation helped you ? Well, I don't know much about meditation, but, I sometimes take some minutes to think about what I am, what I want to do, I take some time to listen to the birds tweeting, I close my eyes and think to myself why do I do what I do ? How can I do better ? It helps me to focus and feel a little more motivated. More energy instead of sleeping.
