Dixie Gets Even

James my brother-in- law went to play golf this afternoon leaving his constant companion and shadow Dixie home. Once she saw him drive off Dixie started pouting and growling if you tried to come into the room where she was at. Even after being given a new chew bone wouldn't cheer her and she left it laying just a few feet in front of her. That is until James came home and instead of running to greet James she got even about him leaving her by grabbing the bone and chewing on it ignoring him until sometime later. She made her point I guess as James was jealous and a little upset that someone had given her the bone. She got even with him leaving her even though she don't understand that she can't go everywhere with him. But I guess the next time she sees him go for his golf shoes she is going to lay on them in hopes to keep him home.
