Fitness Journal 4/12

Dinner is in the oven as I type. I had a nice workout earlier going just a tiny bit over an hour with Zumba. I did about 13 mins of yoga because it is kind of boring and showered after. I cleaned up a little and was still moving a lot while prepping dinner. I have decided to start weighing every other Sunday that way I am more likely to see my progress better. I know I will have made some progress by next Sunday. I am thinking of also adding regular dancing to my workouts because I love Dancing With The Stars and all the dancing they do. I'd like to learn to do some of them. My legs are now hating me for taking a rest in between everything. I have decided to come on here with all of you as dinner cooks. What are you all up to?

I did that Bikram yoga and didn't last--too damn hot in there

It sounds like you are full-time exercise person! I'm sure the weight must be coming off in pounds. Good for you.

You sound as if you have had a great day . Dancing is a great workout that will help you get fit and strong
