Dreamed my dad had cancer

My mother recently had a mammogram done. Last night right before bed I was texting with her to see when she would have the results.
I went to bed and when I fell asleep I dreamed my dad had cancer.
In the dream he kept saying he will be all right. I said that must be why he was losing so much weight. He had lost all his hair from the chemo.
What a terrible dream that was. I hope to have much better dreams tonight.

I tend to dream about the people I interact with during the day. So if I see a post on facebook right before bed then a lot of times I dream about them when I fall asleep. I do have a lot of weird dreams and I think it is due to my medications.

@MsTickle I know when I took wellbutrin I had terrible vivid nightmares and restless legs. That medicine was awful every time I took it I would feel like crying. It was to relieve depression but it did not work at all. It had a lot of negative side effects for me.

@shaggin I do hope too that your dream won't come true. It's only God that has a hold on everything. The folklore I've told you is indeed interesting :)

I remember vaguely last night having another bad dream about my father but I don't remember what it was. Its probably because I saw this post and thought about the dream I had before so now I dreamed a bad dream again. I'm hoping for only good dreams tonight.

My dad has had a few strokes and is unable to work but he does pretty well otherwise. I can see the changes but others probably wouldn't notice it. Mostly his memory. My mother hopefully will get good results from her mammogram and then I won't have anything to worry over.
