allen0187 here signing in for myLot duty. Here are some random thoughts to kick off my day!!!

'Sunday Morning' is the title of my favorite No Doubt song. The band is golden. I wish they would play a gig here in Manila . Word of advise, if you can invite your favorite band to play a concert in your city, do it!

Got up at 3:30 am today and just went at doing my torchers . Always called my work out, torchers as it gives a nice ring to it. Funny when I did one of these in my boxing gym and someone had asked what I was doing, the person who asked heard wrong and blurted, 'Yeah, that sure feels like torture to me!!!'. LOL!
Torches is just a fancy name that I call my exercise routines. I mix four to five exercises and do a certain number of reps for each exercise in a specified time. One set is usually three to four minutes long so a torcher just takes twelve to fifteen minutes to complete. It basically is a HIIT .

For some reason, when I woke up I thought about Al Capone. He is one if the most popular mobsters known to the world and his notoriety grew after ordering the St. Valentine's massacre against a rival gang.

I did yoga today. So i'm happy!

@allen0187 Mostly quite a bit of cardio.. and quite a lot of floor exercises.. try to work out some of the stress etc.. I usually sleep better after exercises.

@rona07 , you should at least exercise 30 minutes a day. Got you on the gangster life. Not everyone will embrace it.
Yes, that is the band. Fro some reason, 'Don't Speak' seems to be a popular choice among pinoys and pinays !!!

It's been three freaking days since I skip exercise, I won't stand for it anymore. Not only I did some light weights, went for the cycle and did some walking later on. It was a good exercise, but with cycling i sweat even more

Just remember to stretch and warm up before exercising and to cool down afterwards to avoid injuries. Also, keep yourself hydrated.

My fave. No Doubt songs would be Just a Girl and Don't Speak-exercise, weights and a jog, and then back to the bow which I prefer because on a 70lbs draw it is good muscle against muscle type stuff and is not so monotonus as weights-that is the worst thing about weights for me:/. The gangster thing, my dad's uncle was a cop back in the day and actually got killed by a well known gang here-it was funny (funny odd not haha) in high school reading about the Boyd Gang and hearing about the murder and then having the teacher ask me "any relation?"...it was actually really well covered and on a minor scale for Canadian papers was seen as kind of a Canadian equivillant to Capone, although it was a smaller scale it sold a lot of newspapers back in the day and the story itself was kind of interesting, like about the jail break and all that, and the oddness that when the gang members were put in jail for some reason they were all put in the same ward which actually fascilitated the jail break...it was let's say, questionable judgement on the part of the wardens etc:)?
