My boss is full of himself and he doesn't know what he wants can you imagine he wants me to go back to manual when we have a running system, he doesn't even know what he wants. He keeps on changing things do this.. no you did it wrong you were supposed to do this after that he changes again.

well, did you punch him? i normally go on silent and do what bosses like that ask me to do. and let him realize what he wants will not work.

I ever have a boos like that. He always right and we always wrong. I can't work in his company after he being arrogant. I am very tired deal him. If you feel your boss is difficult to deal, I think it is a good idea if you try to looking for another job...

Sounds really frustrating. I know the feeling as sometimes there are a few managers at mine that act the same way.
