And the day winds down...

I'm slowly winding down from my busy day. I had my mammogram done. There was only slight pain once and the rest of the time there was no pain at all. I have this done at a local hospital where they have a building especially for women and we are treated like gold there. It's exactly how women should be treated. When I first walked in and I was asked what I was there for, I froze up. Fear had gotten hold of me. And she saw it on my face. She immediately calmed me down and said everything I was feeling was normal and natural, considering what I've been through. And then I took a deep breath and we got things done. I've been fine ever since. I'm glad it's done. I'll hear the results in a few days. Then I came home and called Verizon about my internet speed. She did all sorts of tests and didn't find a problem. She even checked for me to make sure that my wifi is secure and that no one else in the building can tap into it. I'm all set there. She sent me a few things in an email to help me do some other checks on my own and she said if this doesn't get any better, for me to call them again and she would have everything documented. It's a little better now, so we'll see how tomorrow is. I'm going to read a little bit here and then grab my book and do some book reading before I turn in.
