Some People Don't Care About Funny Looking Animals

As my students have studied endangered species, I've come to realize that some adults don't see the point of protecting an animal that isn't cute or useful. What do you think? What about the saiga? Check it out! I'd love to post more of my favorite strange, endangered animals if anyone is interested!

Animals need to be protected whether they are cute or strange looking.

It honestly saddens me, even if an animal doesn't seem useful or cute to someone doesn't give us the right to kill them or not want to save them.

if its endangered, i dont think people would treat them like a dog though. probably because theyre hidden somewhere, in a private zoo or something.

I now see it is from Mongolia. I think it looks like a cross between a deer and some sort of cattle. Very interesting and I am going to check out the video.
