Hot Girls?

So what do you think of girls who dress in skimpy outfits? The natural thought is that these women are hot but I think girls who dress like this are insecure and feel they have to show everything they own to be beautiful.

its ok with me. i wear short shorts and tank tops all the time. not that i feel insecure but im more comfortable specially that i live in a sunny area.

Wearing a skimpy outfit doesn't necessarily make a girl hot, but it also doesn't necessarily mean that a girl is insecure. Some wear skimpy outfits because they feel comfortable in those clothes. Some simply like skimpy outfits and don't care at all what others think of them.
