Are fairy tales part of occult practice?

I was reading an article about fairy tales and the writer claims that fairy tales are part of sinister mind control technique. In this technique the innocent victim is made to believe that their molester is actually their rescuer. Its basically a plan to take the victim away from reality so that he/she thinks that actual molestation or harassment is happening in a dream. Is this claim true or yet another conspiracy theory?

I have never read a fairtytale where a person was being molested so I am really confused as to where this author (of said article) is getting his information?
