What is the one thing you can’t do, no matter how hard you try?

Today's deep question was a little less deep than I wanted it to be, but since to day is Saturday I decided it'd be easier. One thing I can't do no matter how hard I try is draw. I recently thought I could draw a giraffe, I tried and ended up with everyone has called the Llamaraffe, a llama giraffe hybrid. It's like a lot of other people in my family have had my grandma's drawing talent, my cousins can draw. As for me, every time I try I can't do it. I've tried I have even included my llamaraffe to prove my point.

The one thing I can not do, no matter how much I try, is to escape my past and my past bad decisions.

I don't think anyone can escape their past or bad decisions. Hopefully they became a learning experience .

@Mike197602 @polyxena "The moving finger writes, and having writ Moves on; nor all your piety and wit Can lure it back to cancel half a line, Nor all your tears wash out a word of it". That's from The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayam by Edward Fitzgerald.

I can't draw worth two cents, either. ;( Another thing it seems I haven't been able to do (at least for a long time) is find a permanent job.

My dad is an amazing sketch artist, and my teenage daughter has a knack for drawing as well. I guess that talent skipped my generation, because I can't draw to save my life! I have trouble making a circle look round! lol

@moffittjc This is why I don't draw. Well your problem and that llama-giraffe thing.

Same here, I can't even draw a decent stick person. I can't dance or sing.

Haha! Stick people are tough. I can't dance either. I used to be able to sing, but since my hearing isn't as good, I can't sing too well anymore either.

There are somethings that one can do and other can't. I can't get my football skills no matter how hard I try. I have had my friends teach me. My teammates too can't help me through it. I am good at playing football though but my skills hold me back from being better. I can't even juggle the ball I've been trying is from a year now. All I can do is 6-8 juggles max. It depends on ones talents and skills eventually and varies from person to person I would say.

Oh those legs! For me it's singing. I like to sing, i love to sing. I tried hard but to others, my voice is a nuisance!

Your drawing is a lot better than my attempt to draw a giraffe would be.

That would have been a perfect giraffe if you'd given him longer legs and a more point snout

I can relate to that. But I still believe that constant practice makes things prefect. So I started practicing now
