A melted cheese sandwich and a salad.

Lunch will be meager today. The rain pounds over my head and I just want to escape from it. So I will make a melted cheese sandwich and a carrot salad.
That will be all for lunch. Then I will take a nap.
I hope the rain susides a little this evening.

I am cozy here in a very dry house. The only very wet thing I have is that I have my tub full of water and all my big pans too. The water company has 5 million people in my city with no water but I am fortunate.

I enjoyed my lunch and my nap. Then I came to the computer for a while and later on I watched TV.

It was. I love melted cheese sandwichs. When I have more to add, I also add hamm, oregano and even thin tomato slices. But as my palate is still painful, I will only eat food that is not too savoury.

This time it is less than a dressing. I still have my palate delicate so I just added olive oil.

It was delicious and it will not mean that I´m eating too much.
