How to make thick hair thin and smooth

My hair is so thick, and every time I wash it and dry it it just frizzes up and just looks so fluffy so inbounds some ghd straighteners and they are the best things I have ever used that smooth my hair down. What products are best to use for smooth hair

I have very thick hair. I use leave in spray conditioner to help and I use one of those brushes you see on tv and love it.
