Found a free fitness class offered from my area commune office for adults.Every Monday from 8pm to 9pm. I am going to go from next Monday. Does your government offer any free fitness class?

Yes, we have free fitness classes for adults and for older people too. They are offered by the Municipality not the government.

@destimona No, to be honest I did not. I love to walk, I am active enough taking care of my garden I exercise enough

That is awesome that you found a free fitness class to attend. I am sure I could find some free ones to go to but I am way to lazy haha.

We don't have here in my place, if you want to stay fit with all equipment we have to enroll at the fitness center with a minimal price of fees. Good that you have free fitness class in your area.
