Would You Like Some Really Good News?

@maxen07 mentioned that there is “no more good news on TV.” And I can certainly AGREE with that, for the most part. The national news is filled with disasters, murders, earthquakes, disease, famine, and WAR.
This should be NO SURPRISE though. 2 Timothy3:1-5 says that “…in the LAST DAYS critical times hard to deal with will be here.” And then it goes on to list what types of people will be causing these critical times that we are experiencing now.
Also, for anyone who reads the Bible, they would know that these CURRENT news items are in fulfillment of the prophecies that Jesus said would mark the “end of the world” as we know it. For those who are not Bible readers, now is surely the time to start reading the Bible, if you want to have HOPE for your future and the future of your children.
Read Matthew 24th chapter, Mark 13th chapter, Luke 21st chapter. These scriptures read like the daily news right now.
So then, what is the GOOD NEWS? If you want to hear some REALLY good news, check out this link. We NEED some Good News.
What is God’s purpose? Learn when suffering will end and how paradise on earth will be restored in the future, as well as who will live in that paradise.

I used to read the Bible when I took a Bible study back in 2010. One learns too many good things from the study of the Bible. Reading the Bible helps one see life from another perspective.

You should continue to read the Bible. The Bible contains what we need to know right now, in this "time of the end."

@IreneVincent I went to almost half of the bible while on the course. I still need to go through the New Testament and the Apocalipse.

@quantum2020 There is a publication called "What Does The Bible Really Teach" that you can get from Jehovah's Witnesses that gives you lessons chapter by chapter.
I think it would be very helpful to you. It gives you all the scriptures so that you can look them up in your own Bible. You can finish the course in just a few weeks.
You can contact them in your area by going to their web site or finding a Kingdom Hall near you.

Yes, Jesus is still in control and that gives us HOPE for the future.
