We will not be migrating anymore

Several weeks ago I posted something here about my husband getting a job abroad and me and my daughter following him there. It didn't turn out so well for us, so that's another dream shattered. I was so hoping that this would be the thing that would change our lives, but I guess it just wasn't meant to be. I don't want to go into the details anymore. I just want to say that I'm sad because I thought my daughter would have a real chance at a better life. We'll just have to do our best with what's been given to us. I hope there's something better in store for us in the future.

I remember reading about that. I guess some things aren't meant to be but it doesn't mean things won't work well. I would have been sad and disappointed if it were me. You'll recover soon.

Maybe now is simply not the right time. There may be some things that you need to fix first before leaving the country. Don't lose hope. Sometimes, when something we want doesn't come soon, it's a blessing in disguise.
