I did pretty good today. I burned over a thousand calories doing an hour of Zumba, some cleaning, and yoga. I have been doing wonderfully when it comes to my diet. I have already had 5 cups of water today. Tomorrow is weigh day and I would like to see that I have at least lost 2-3 more pounds. I am so determined to get to 190 pounds, my first weight goal. After that I will take my goals 10 pounds at time. It is important not to place goals too far because that makes it seem so far that it takes away from motivation. My final goal wait is 160 pounds. What is your happy weight goal? How is your progress coming in reaching it? What have you done to get closer to it today?

I noticed you posted this yesterday, so I hope your weigh in was great today! I keep telling myself that I need to work out! I'm not sure what's holding me back. I'd like to drop about 20 to 30 pounds to start. See how I look with that much weight off and then decide if I want more. Increments of 10 is fine. It's just a matter of getting myself going!

Sometimes you just gotta throw yourself into it. That is how I did it after I had stopped for a while last year.

congrats! I want to lose at least 5 pounds and so far I lost 1. Since I already do a lot of exercise, I only add intense workout for 10 minutes a day and I try to eat better stuff and no junk food. I hope you'll reach your goal!
