So the pain in my leg is slowly subsiding very slowly finally. I stained my hamstring muscle on my left leg and I have been resting all day. Did it playing bad minton yesterday at a going away cook out party. So I have blogging from my phone. I have to go to my mother in laws tomorrow and do laundry. The weather has been cool and in the 50's lately and rainy. I am already tired of being on bed rest the next couple days. I'm still active and thank God it was a stage 2 strain and not a stage 3. Well, ttyl. Trying to be active here.

I think we need to have warm-up exercise before doing some activities. It is a good thing that your muscle strain subsided. I can't imagine how it felts if it is too serious. Be careful and stay happy!
