I recommend that you sleep at least up to 8 hours a day. If you can't do it all at night, colab that with some sleep at noon. Its good for your health and believe it or not, your weight loss!

Sleep is very important, to let your body rejuvenate. I usually get 7 hours of sleep a night, but I am prone to take an hours nap during the day.

Yes, if I miss the night's sleep for any reason I try to make it up the following afternoon with a nap.
