I just tried Italian appetizer called crostini just now. It came out very well. Everybody at home loved it. I am happy it came out well. I have attached the image of it. Have you tried any Italian food? Which is your favourite?

I must confess that this is the oddest post concerning food I've read. Why don't you tell us which ingredients you used and how you prepared the dish? Maybe someone wants to make it, too?

@destimona When I read a post here, I don't want to be sent to youtube and do the search myself. I've always thought a post should contain enough information to be understandable.

@MALUSE I applied butter, garlic paste and parsley on the French loaf bread, toasted it for 15 min in 180degree Celsius. Heat a pan and pour 2 spoon olive oil , add the chopped bell pepper, fry it for few seconds. Then add 1 spoon garlic paste, bit oregano and parsley.finally add two spoon tomato ketchup. Make it cool for few minutes. Then add a pinch of salt. Apply these mixtures on the toasted bread , put mozarella cubes on the top and then toast it in the oven for five minutes until the cheese melted. That's all the preparation.

@MALUSE is right and you will get a lot more responses and comments if you can fill out your discussion a bit. As you can't list the ingredients, perhaps you could say 'garlic, bell pepper, tomato ketchup and other herbs are cooked together and put on toasted French bread then topped with cubes of mozzarella and heated in the oven'. This tells us a bit more about it and we can go on YouTube if we want to. Hope you don't mind us trying to help.
