Last Night Was Fun!

Yesterday we celebrated my little cousin's birthday party. She turned 15 and in our culture it is sometimes celebrated as a big milestone.
The celebration started with mass followed by dinner and dancing. There was a Phantom of the Opera theme in the room with a choreographed dance routine that I think wowed many of us!
The dinner was delicious and the DJ was rocking out sick beats. Adults were drinking, dancing, and were handed long balloons (the kind that balloon artists usually turn into cute animals or objects). My mother was dancing on the floor with hers as if she were a Star Wars Jedi, while others were creative making hats and placing balloons all over their bodies (discreetly). My mother and I had fun hitting up the photo booth like two silly teens. It was a nice souvenir for us to come home with.
Last nights event was so much fun that I was excited to write about it! How was your night last night?

I'm glad you had a great night! :) I love relaxing at home! I was hoping to do that today but the laundry isn't going to do itself. Sigh. :)

@kevin1877uk Hmm good question. Nothing scary because I have a scary hallway. lol. I'm not sure what I'm in the mood for. Do you recommend anything good? I love chick flicks, sport movies, and action movies. I also like an interesting documentary. :)

I like being alone. I'm actually alone right now and enjoying the silence. I'll enjoy it a little longer before I pop some popcorn and watch a movie. OR maybe mylot until my eyes can't take it anymore. lol :)

I like peaceful nights. I'm having one right now. :) My mom loves to dance. I'm just happy when I see everyone happy. :)

@Daljinder AHHHHHHHHHHH dudette! ok so I have only seen one stage play and haven't seen a movie yet ( there were quite a lot made of this story ). Here is the link to explain the story. It mentions Andrew Lloyd Webber. He was the dude who was playing the Phantom when I saw the live stage play. Oh the chills I got from the music!

I was never into those types of formal celebrations when I was her age, but after her party I wanted a 15th birthday bash too! lol. Ah to be young again. :)
