Hi Mylot Friends, Used plastic bottles are used previously to make sustainable homes, Canadian enterprenuer Robert Bezeau handling this prestigious construction of this Plastic village project in Panamian Jungal in 83 acres (33.5 hectors) of land. The phase one begin in the year of 2015, one single story building was constructed till now and two story castle style house also nearing completion. Over 10,000 PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles( to hold soft drinks) were used in the first home. The home constructed first by fabricating steel cage and then filling with plastic bottles. After that electrical cables and other services are inserted and then layers of concrete cover the mesh before the home is finished with windows, roof, septic tank, etc. Image source:Plastic bottle village
