Random Word Post – pibroch

I find a random word by flipping through my 2003 The New Webster’s Concise Dictionary and write a quick – often silly – little post about it. # “pibroch – A martial or dirgelike air played on the bagpipe. From Scottish Gaelic piobair, a piper.” Ah, as opposed to those light, uplifting bagpipe sounds. Don’t get me wrong, I like bagpipe music. I may have to go listen to some today.
