Gotta Do Workkkkk

I have to get moving on my stupid research essay, but I am finding it incredibly difficult to make myself start. I have been doing so good this semester and to just give up at the end is not acceptable! I want to get all of this done and over with already, but I find myself doing everything except for my English work. I really don't care for it because all the sources needed for it is like 3-4 times as much as any other paper we have done this semester. Then there is everything we have to write and that we have to have paper that is 5-6 pages long not including the stupid works cited page. I think I am even more upset by the fact that I have to also include a book as one of my sources. I just do not care for research reports, especially on such boring topics like an author from our boring text book. How do you motivate yourself to get work done? What type of work do you dislike the most?

I'm not in school anymore but I do remember disliking doing reports, term papers, etc. Now that I can choose what to write when I want to write, it's much more pleasant. Good luck and don't give up since you've made it this far.

I set my goals at the start and work from there. If I need to write something, I find all the resources and have them ready for me while I do the work. I donĀ“t like the reading, as it gets me tired soon. I can do the reading in parts. One page every hour with recess in between.
