What's the point of life? (I don't mean for it to sound depressing!)?

Ok, before any misunderstandings happen, I don't mean something along the lines of "Why should I keep living?" or anything! I meant like generally, why are humans born if they end up dying? We're born, we go to school, get a job, settle down, then die. I want to know why is it that we are born? What's our purpose? Is it just because or is it so that we could accomplish something?

I believe love and happiness is the ultimate end of life. Having said that I believe love and happiness are mutually inclusive. That is to say if you love and be loved you are happy. And if you are happy than you are bound to find love in something or someone.
So no matter what you do in your if you these two things in your life,you are doing it right!
