prejudices about Muslims

Religion and religious beliefs have been used to separate the human family from one another for many years. The prophet Jesus said that the fulfillment of the Law of Moses would be to love God, with all our heart, soul mind and strength, and love our neighbour as ourselves. When Jesus was asked 'who is my neighbour' he used an illustration, the well known parable of the 'good Samaritan' He illustrated how the Samaritan man acted in a neighbourly way towards a man of another nation, a nation who normally didn't like each other. His illustration was to show that all mankind should be kind to one another and help each other out and be brothers to each other. False religion has divided us from one another. Political interests use fear and suspicion to make scape goats of people of other groups. But if we apply the prophet's words to love God and our neighbour, we will treat others as we would like to be treated ourselves.

You can't complain about about things like prejudice and then say things like "you people" when referring to non Muslims. Btw there are lots of Muslims who are Westerners.

Not everyone in the western hemisphere hates muslims! Many people who don't know how to think for them selves or who are easily frightened by the world tend to think that way because of the terrorist groups who claim to be doing what they do because of being Muslim. That is wrong though and no group of people should be judged by what some of the people in it do.
