How to Treat Eczema Naturally

I have an Eczema in my upper back. Im looking to treat it with natural products. Any ideas on what I can use guys?

The only natural thing I could think of that's highly effective is by using murumuru butter. It's from a murumuru nut.

I know GLIRICIDIA is good But I used a cream with doctor's prescription.
