Credit Cards : Pros and Cons

Almost every adult has a credit card now a days and we just use them without thinking. Most of the people actually end up in a trap where they keep paying the installments and the credit cards just don't get clear. I would like people to give some tips and suggestions on best way to use a credit card :) Help this create an informative forum

Some people who are new to using credit cards are mostly trapped in this situation. They get overwhelmed with shopping without actually paying for cash that they thought they don't have to pay them in the future.

Exactly and that's what banks wants us to do. Just keep spending and be in debt

My solution is simple. I live within my means, have a credit card that has cash rewards, and pay it off every month.

I was hesitant to apply for a credit card before because I am afraid that I might get a big debt or other people might steal my money from me. On the other hand, my love for travel opened my eyes that I need it. I have only used my credit card thrice and those are for paying my visa and booking a flight. When I go to shopping malls, I prefer to pay in cash. If only I can pay cash for everything,there is no need for me to acquire a credit card. Unfortunately,that is not the case. For anyone who use a credit card, it is a must to be responsible. Purchasing something by the use of it is not free. We need still to pay for it.
