Have you noticed changes with age?

I was talking to a friend and never really noticed. I got a picture from when I was younger within 5 years and me now. I look much different, my skin is older look (if that makes sense) I have laugh lines, and my face looks older.
I never noticed maybe because I see myself all the time 
. But little things I didn't think I changed that much. But even how I talk and importance in your life I was told changed. Although I never felt it has.

It's bad enough I see my reflection in the mirror! I turn a blind eye and try not to think "What happened?"
