Homemade soup yum
Today I decided I would make some homemade soup, I love soup any time of year and it’s so easy to do.
Homemade leek and potato and one of my favourites. I set to in the kitchen with one leek, some potatoes, seasonings, water and a pan. Within about an hour it was ready and it tasted so yummy, plenty more for either later or tomorrow.
Do you like soup, do you make your own?

Mmmmm I remember Heinz making that and it was my favourite when I was a kid. Never made that, made one day I will do.
I bought two leeks yesterday for £1 about $1.50

We always cook soup at home. It seems like it's considered one of the "main dish" for Chinese. Though we do not have soup for every meal, we try to have it a few times a week.
I like to cook soup with potatoes, tomatoes and carrots, as these are simple ingredients to prepare, and my children and I like it too. I don't add any seasonings to it, and it tastes quite good. I haven't try leek in soup before. Thanks for sharing!
