Is Virat Kohli the best chaser of all time?

Today against Pune Super giants chasing 190+in IPL , Kohli hit a splendid 100 to take RCB home with 4 balls to spare. Needing 40 off last 18 balls , he went about his business in typical strategic style and finished off the job successfully. He is just so much in control of his innings while chasing. Although we have best finisher in MS Dhoni, but is Virat Kohli the best chaser in today's times carrying forward the legacy of Sangakara, Ponting,Inzamam , Lara etc who were the best chasers of their times.

It is very well said. I cant say whether Virat is best or not, but Virat Kohli is the most consistent batsmen of India. In chases sometimes power hitters make a difference, like Braithwaite by hitting 3 sixes, or Russel by hitting 3 sixes, or De Villiers, or Yusuf Pathan. Virat is a classic batsman.

The power hitters have their own charisma, classic players like Rohit and Virat build innings very well.

I don't like to watch match. He is best. But he is not capable to make fast run..

He is not a power hitter, but he is specialist in placing his innings and analyzing the situations.
