Do you believe a pedophile is born sick and do you believe the ones who are can be cured.

What do you mean "ways of the old 'people"? Pedophiles still exist to this day and they have a much stronger presence thanks to the internet and smart phones. It wasn't any more okay then than it is now. Even today people ignore reports of child molestation or immediately go into denial when the pedo turns out to be a family member.

I find the topic uncomfortable to give my opinion to for I have never meet one nor talk to one (certainly hope not to meet one) and I think we just do not know what exactly is the main root to that psychological defects they have. I don't want to judge them for maybe they we're also a victim. But I condemn that act of lustful thing.

i read that pedophiles were victims of pedophiles themselves when they were younger - its them trying tio understnd what happened to them until it became an obsession.
