what is your favorite chinese food

I just love egg foo young, but I have noticed that alot of buffet restuarants do not have it. I also love egg drop soup, and crab rangoon.

Shrimp LoMein and veggie fried rice!!! But there was a place in Florida where the spring rolls were awesome! Great thing about Florida, they have some really good food!!!
