Degree or talent what matters more

We often find people who are very talented but due to some circumstances in life they are not able to get the educational degree.But to acquire a job one should have a educational degree so these kinds of people don't get the job.For e.g there are teachers who have different kinds of degree but they still the children are not able to understand their level of teaching where on the other there are some people who have some less degrees but still their method of teaching is understandable by
the students so easily .
Now the question is who is better for the post.
What do you say friends?

For any job, the ones with a degree are the most suited; however, if a person has attained a level of knowledge without a degree, he/she can be a good candidate for any company which can give them a job.
There is people who can explain things in simple terms. I remember one who was very famous scientists (Richard Feynman), who could explain things in the simplest terms, so everyone could understand.

Good question, but I do believe that there is something more important than what you have stated. And that is Attitude. No matter what talent you have or what degree you finished, if you don't have the right attitude - nothing good will ever happen. Attitude can take us places we never expected to go, combine attitude with your talent, you can create wonders even if you don't get a degree. There are many people who are like that and they are inspiring to us. So in the end, attitude is what's important. Kudos~!

So according to you talent combined with attitude is equally important as is degree and can get a job for a person anywhere.Well I like your attitude point .Yes attitude plays imp.role
